Do you work with general contractors?
Yes. We work directly for homeowners and as the electrical sub for general contractors.
Does an ADU need its own electrical panel?
Usually it gets its own sub-panel fed from the main service, and sometimes that requires a service upgrade. We size it with a load calculation.
